Premier global software technology company seeks 7+ year attorney to lead the commercial transactions team and scale the company’s contract operations as it continues to experience rapid growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial negotiations of software, licensing, and partner agreements and knowledge of data privacy issues as they relate to software contracting. This attorney will be a key member of the company’s management team and a partner to key stakeholders across the organization. Raleigh or Boston-based candidates preferred but candidates in the Eastern Time zone will also be considered. This position can be in-person or partially remote out of the Raleigh HQ’s, or 100% remote for candidates in the Eastern Time zone.
