Premier NASDAQ medical device company seeks 8+ year corporate attorney for Vice President of Legal Affairs role. This is a leadership position with responsibility to manage and oversee all legal matters for dynamic, growth-oriented business team. In this high visibility role, this attorney will provide advice and counsel across all departments of the organization to identify and mitigate risk and will assist the President with business development and investor relations matters. Candidates must have major law firm training and public company/SEC filing experience. Life science experience preferred but not required. Stellar opportunity to progress into GC role!
