New England based biotech company seeks IP counsel with 5+ years’ experience to join its dynamic, collegial team. In addition to patent prosecution, overseeing the patent portfolio, and FTO analysis, the position will work closely with management and scientists and be involved with a wide variety of legal issues and business development transactions. Major law firm training, Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field and antibody experience required. Company very open to telecommuting and/or relocation.
