Premier publicly traded biotechnology company is seeking a 3+ year attorney for a new Corporate Counsel role. This attorney will be responsible for a wide array of matters including providing legal counsel across a variety of internal business functions, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad variety of agreements including clinical trial related support, academic research collaborations and manufacturing and supply arrangements, as well as in support of the anticipated commercialization of the company’s products. Life science industry experience (either in-house or major law firm) is preferred. Superb opportunity to be a key member of a collegial legal team. Excellent compensation. Remote role.
