Description
Premier global life sciences company is seeking to add a 5 plus year attorney for a newly created role. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this attorney will take the lead on a range of legal matters in the U.S., including structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex licensing, collaboration, and strategic IP/technology transactions as well as a wide array of other legal agreements (e.g., confidentiality, MTA, master service, consulting) and provide general legal support to outside counsel and internal stakeholders. In this high visibility role, this attorney will have the opportunity to make a true impact on the company as it rapidly expands in the U.S. In-house life science industry experience highly preferred. The company’s U.S. headquarters is located in New Jersey, but this position can be remote from anywhere on the east coast.
