Leading NASDAQ software development company seeks 3+ year attorney for Counsel role. Reporting to the VP and Associate General Counsel, this position will be responsible for drafting, analyzing, and negotiating complex contracts, including commercial software licenses and related professional services agreements. This role will be a key contributor to the Legal Department and will partner with Sales in supporting the growth of the company’s revenue stream. Software/SaaS experience is required.
