Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in collaboration with sales, services, finance and other business units. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property, licensing, SaaS, revenue recognition, privacy and other legal matters that arise in the context of commercial transactions.
