Global nonprofit industry support organization seeks Mid-level (minimum 3+ year) attorney to provide support to business clients and functions across the organization on a broad range of day-to-day legal matters. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, this role will provide support for contract review and negotiation of all types, marketing issues, HR and employee policies, review and negotiation of technology licensing agreements, as well as support the organization’s codes and standards function. This is a fully remote position with limited travel to the company’s HQ just outside of Boston. New England candidates preferred.
