Large IP firm is seeking a patent prosecution attorney to join their Mechanical Technologies Group. Qualified applicants will have an advanced degree and/or engineering experience in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field of study, be a member of the patent bar, and have 3-6 years of legal experience in patent drafting and prosecution, freedom-to-operate, and client counseling.
