Linda Kline is the Managing Partner of New England Legal Search. She received her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center where she served on the editorial board of the Georgetown Law Journal. Following a clerkship in the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals, she was associated with Nutter, McClennen & Fish. She joined New England Legal Search in 1987.

Neil Paterson, Managing Director of New England Legal Search, received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Following law school he was associated with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart and Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo and with the business law boutique McNamara, Koenig & McCarthy.

Sarah Wickham-Rothstein, Managing Director of New England Legal Search, received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. Following law school she was associated with McDermott, Will & Emery and White & McDermott. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Wickham-Rothstein spent ten years as a marketing professional advising Boston-area high technology corporations.
